Google Calendar integration

When a caller agrees to book an appointment during the AI phone call, our system connects to Bigfoot Flooring's own Google Calendar to find open time slots and create a calendar event for the appointment.

We only access the connected Google Calendar to check availability (free/busy information) and to create appointment events. We do not read personal calendar entries beyond what is needed for scheduling, and we do not access any other Google data, files, or services. The business can disconnect Google Calendar access at any time from the admin panel.

We use the information we collect to provide an estimate or quote, schedule your appointment, and follow up with you about your project. We do not sell your information to third parties.
