After you submit an estimate request, Bigfoot Flooring or its AI phone assistant may follow up by phone to learn more about your project and, if you agree, schedule an in-person estimate appointment.

All estimates provided through the website or phone service are non-binding. Final pricing and scope of work are confirmed directly by Bigfoot Flooring staff before any work begins.

AI voice assistant and call recording

Bigfoot Flooring uses an AI voice assistant to place or receive follow-up calls on behalf of the business. By proceeding with the call, you acknowledge that you may be speaking with an automated assistant and that calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality and follow-up purposes.

Appointment scheduling

Appointments booked through the AI assistant are tentative until confirmed by Bigfoot Flooring. We may need to reschedule due to availability, weather, or other operational needs. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call or email us as soon as possible.
